John Fetterman
Senator From Pennsylvania
John Fetterman is a native Pennsylvanian who played football at Albright College, then served in AmeriCorps as a GED program director in Philadelphia. In 2005, Fetterman won election as Mayor of Braddock by one vote and served for 13 years. In 2018, Fetterman ran for Lieutenant Governor of Pennsylvania and won. This year, he ran on a platform of $15 minimum wage, abortion protection, and strengthening union laws. After being duly elected by his fellow Pennsylvanians, Senator Fetterman has been a guiding light on mental health and labor issues in his first term in the United States Senate.

Mandela Barnes
Senator From Wisconsin
Mandela Barnes was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The son of a Milwaukee public schools teacher and a GM factory worker, Barnes became inspired by Barack Obama's 2004 speech at the Democratic National Convention and began organizing in his own community. Barnes ran for State Senate in 2012 and won. Six years later, he became Wisconsin's first Black Lieutenant Governor. Barnes fought a long and worthy campaign, ending in an extremely close margin in one of the nation's most competitive swing states.

Josh Shapiro
Governor of Pennsylvania
A distinguished attorney, Josh Shapiro brings empathy to his progressive policy standpoint. Elected in 2016, Shapiro focused on combatting the opioid crisis and gun violence. As governor of one of the nation's largest states, in 2022 Shapiro made history by becoming Pennsylvania's first Jewish Governor. He is creating green jobs in rural Pennsylvania, defending abortion rights, and expanding free education to all Pennsylvanians. Shapiro was elected by almost 15% against his opponent, who participated in the January 6th Insurrection.

Jahana Hayes
Congresswoman for Connecticut-5
A former National Teacher of the Year, Congresswoman Hayes is a Connecticut native who made history as becoming the first Black woman to represent Connecticut in Congress. Because of her background as a teacher, she is passionate about expanding equitable education to all Americans. She also serves on the House Labor and Agriculture Committees, and works to reform the broken immigration system. In the competitive Fifth District of Connecticut, she won reelection with over 50% of the vote.
